When a human being chooses a very dynamic and high (refined) heart quality, then slowly, to begin with slowly, but later faster and faster, there is created a refinement of this person’s character. What causes the speed to increase is that it is like a snowball rolling down a hill. It gets bigger and bigger.
To create this snowball effect it is important to choose a quality, which is already well integrated and dynamic. If you choose a heart quality that you would like to have, and that you have very little of, then your life will become an eternal struggle. When you have conquered one obstacle, then you will find that ten new ones are in front of you.
As spiritually aspiring we are used to working with our weak spots, the things we can do better. Here it is the opposite, we will work with something we are good at, so this it a totally different process.
If you choose strength instead of weakness, then the weaknesses will slowly loose their influence. This is why we have chosen to do it this way. When you work with the chosen quality, then you create a personal locomotive, a surf-wave of positive energy (you can ride).
When choosing a quality it is important to listen to the soul, because maybe the soul wants something different. Then you just follow the soul, also if it chooses something different than the strongest quality.
